Winemaker Participation

Come celebrate the season with us at Hotel San Luis Obispo, where your talents will shine alongside the finest wines of the Central Coast at our Fourth Annual Autumn Soirée.

This year marks an exciting new chapter. While the SLO Food Bank remains our primary beneficiary, we are expanding our impact to support the arts and local causes in partnership with San Luis Obispo Museum of Art, San Luis Obispo Repertory Theatre, CalPoly Uncork Potential Scholarships, and Fund for Vineyard and Farm Workers.

It promises to be a spectacular evening where food, wine, art, and community come together in perfect harmony. We are honored to have you join us in creating an unforgettable experience.

Winery participation requirements

In order to be eligible to participate, we require the following of each winery:

Wine Donation

  • Donate 2 cases of wine to showcase to an audience of local wine lovers and visiting hotel guests.
  • Donate 3 additional bottles of wine (no magnums please) to be included on the Wine Wall and in the Benefit Auction.

Promotion

  • At least one dedicated post via your email database and social media channels announcing your participation and encouraging ticket sales. Social collaborations and story sharing is encouraged. @autumn_soiree_slo.

Event Presence

  • We highly encourage your Winemaker/Owner to attend in person, as one of the two representatives for your winery.
  • You may bring promotional materials to sign up wine club members and sell wine.

By participating, your winery will receive

  • Two complimentary event tickets for your team. (Industry code available, if more tickets are needed.)
  • Inclusion in applicable marketing and PR materials, including press releases and social media features.
  • Logo and live link to your website on autumnsoiree.com.

“Day of” event information

  • Setup start: 3:30 PM. PLEASE do not arrive earlier.
  • All glassware, ice, and a 6-foot table with linen will be provided.
  • Check in at the hotel entrance.
    Please move your car as soon as you are able as the driveway will be shared by other participants. Parking is available at the public garage across the street from the hotel at $2 per hour, with a maximum payment of $8 for the day.

All set-up should be completed by 4:30 PM.

Join us after the event (8–10 PM) for complimentary bites and libations–our way of thanking you for making Autumn Soirée possible.
